Very sorry to hear of his difficulties. I was just about to send him a couple of reels for servicing. Is there anyone else doing repair/restoration work on reels?

 

I haven't dealt with this company yet but they have Hardy reel parts and say they do repairs. Reel Parts - Hardy Parts - Page 1 - Mikes Reel Repair Ltd

 

He has worked on some saltwater reels for me and my son and no one is better or fairer on price. Huge loss and he is in our prayers.

Tim Abbott out of Rosemont NJ 215-255-5348 does service and repair work on reels. Tim built a reel foot for me when Bill was unavailable a couple of years ago. I spoke to Tim and he said it was fine to share his contact information with the group.
