Been seeing more and more chatter about this brand, somewhat interested in trying one of their original series two handers as they are the only 4 piece offerings they have available.

How would these compare to say the old Guideline Lecie two handers from many years ago? I am assuming these are very much traditional Scandi type rods?

Anyone fish a Nextcast Zone 2D on a 7137-4? Like it, love it? What grains?

I own a 6127-4 and 7137-4 OS and love them. I'm reluctant to get into specifics with rod action as it's a little subjective, but I will say these are not tippy rods. They cast Skagit and Scandi really well.

My favorite Skagit head for the 7137 is the older Rio iFlight in 475. The rod has no problem lifting this head with a heavy sink tip at all. I also like Rage in 480, and Bridge Wintertide in 450.

These rods are very light in hand, and the cork is smooth as velvet. For the price these are a great value.
