I am looking for a 5 wt that cast like my gloomis imx pro 4wt. I wish they made a 5 wt? I would like something that performs well in the 400 grain area.

Well, have you considered the sensitivity and the one piece feel of casting and spey angling with a spliced cane 5 wt?

You may already know this, but Loomis used to make a 5 wt in 11’11”, called the IMX Pro also. They come up on SP occasionally. I’m not sure if the action is similar, but I had one and liked it.
Look for a used IMX pro 51111 or better yet get a hold of @Kalebpierce and see if he has anymore of those ACR elt blanks laying around in the 6144 , I find this rod to be more of a 5wt.
The T&T DNA 12’9 5w is absolutely brilliant. It’s a beautiful stick too! You never have to worry about breaking it. Call T&T. If you don’t like it, I’ll take it off your hands as I’d like a back up to mine
You looking for a rod that throws around 400 grain scandi or skagit? I like my Beulah Onyx 5wt spey, fish it most with 350/360 scandi. If you're looking to cast 400 scandi then I think that might be most companies' 6wt.
My two favorites and they are pretty much the same action are an ACR 5120-4 and a G.Loomis IMX Pro Short Spey 51111-4. Both cast great with Rio Scandibody #6/7 325gr 23’ head and the Airflo Skagit Scout 360 grain, 16.5’ head.
