Basicly a brand new Redington Claymore 8136 , with a nice old Hardy Mark IV , 4 inch Salmon reel

This was a backup rod in my sled only
The reel comes with backing but not the running line and head unless you want to pay for

Beautiful casting rod and it’s 100% mint and in case tube
The reel is a older made in England reel from around 10 years ago , few little marks on it but it is really a good solid reel , you can tell by the pictures and it has good strong drag as I tempered the springs myself

I’m not splitting them up

yes , I do believe bill Archuleta built this bone or ivory handle for the reel ,

 

 

reel is now sold , anyone want the rod for $250 , its mint as new with tube , I just don't need it anymore as got a new backup Meiser for the boat
