Gentleman
Looking to add a line for my Meiser MKX 14 ft , 8 ,
Got lots of skagits , need something for drys and small Dee's and speys

Who has used these bridge lines , I want something longer like a nextcast FF , mostly for smaller flies , no big chickens

Any cracking issues , do they standup and last good

I've had Bridge lines since they first came out. The front loops are welded well. After more than a year the weld at the base of the front loops still haven't cracked. Full disclaimer. While I haven't fished the lines a ton, I've spent a lot of time casting these lines (couple of times a week, three hours or so for most sessions). I've had them snagged on rocks and pulled the sh*t out of them to get loose with no visible stress to the lines. I've gone out of my way to abuse them and they have held up. I fished them on the Clearwater in Idaho last year and got some fish on them. No cracking on the lines, they are still very supple. By comparison, my NC line front loops have all cracked at the base of the weld which doesn't affect their performance at all since there is still the core but the coating has cracked. The Bridge lines are some of the nicest casting lines out there with very strong clean turnover at distance. I can cast my NC FF and WA lines just as far but the front end doesn't turn over as cleanly nor as consistently. Not sure what else you want to know but feel free to ask.

Not sure what line designation you're looking for but a Bridge Mainstem comes in at 56', 635 grains for a 7/8 and 60' and 710 grains for a 8/9. The Tributary comes in at 44' at 575 grains for a 7/8 and 46' and 625 grains for 8/9.
