New to the spey game. Grew up in Portland fishing the Oregon on the coast as well as central Oregon rivers (mostly metolius and deschutes) and lakes with boat gear and fly set ups.
Moved to Montana for grad school and reignited my passiin for fishing.

Living in Boise, Idaho now and have gotten the itch for something different. I purchased my first two handed rod and have been learning mostly off of youtube and hours of practice.

Other than the guys at the shops i rarely find anyone who chases steel/salmon on the swing. Always looking for fishing comradarie. Locally or at distance.
