Looking to purchase a used (but good condition) Hardy Bougle or Perfect ideally that is setup to be paired on spey rods without modifying the reel seats

Here are the ones that may be a fit:

Bougle 1939 Heritage 3 3/4" or 4"
Perfect Wide Spool 3 3/8" or 3 7/8"

Not looking for vintage or pre-war as usually outside of my budget.
