Yes they will. I had one made this summer. Not the equal to the old Harding and Sons but since they went out of business, the best option I’ve found.

Don't know how picky you are but here in the north we have Sail. As well as Cabela's and Bass Pro. All sell rod tubes for about $20. Nothing fancy but get the job done. I use the one I purchased at Sail all the time. It has been From Newfoundland to Costa Rica.
