WTB Sage Brownie

Have been mulling over what "brownie" would do me best. Hoping the 8140 will do me right for winter fishing, and a fall trip to the "T".

Open to suggestions, but have my heart set on either the 8136 traditional or 9140 iii for use with a skagit head and perhaps a longer line. Been in the scandi world for long enough, time to get some deep soul in my hands ;)

Must be able to ship or deliver to BC, Canada. Thanks.

Is this what your are looking for? Looks like it is still for sale. It is actually the IIIe, not a brownie, Sage never made a 8136 brownie (graphite III). I own one of these rods (8136 IIIe) and it is a great winter rod and throws long lines, mid bellys, skagits, scand's well. I purchased mine in 2004.

From the PM's and emails I've received, perhaps I don't know what I'm talking about regarding what is a "brownie". Will post some questions in the Rods section and continue to refine my understanding of what I'm after.

Thanks.
