Idea

You could get the ready to wrap kit, for 455.00 and wrap the guides on yourself. It's a great option. Bob does all the handle work, even throws down a feather inlay and some writing. He'll mark the spine and all. I've done it twice now and it was a blast. I got to put my own little twist on things without the pressure of completing the whole build.

If you really want a Meiser for that used rod price, you can't beat it. You might even be able to borrow a rod turner from someone and then you'd be set.

Just a thought.

good idea

I looked at that option, but have no idea how to wrap the guides on. I actually have a machine shop I can use too. Maybe I'll check out youtube....

Thanks for your advice!
