7 Weight

I have two 7 weight 4 piece rods, and would be willing to part with one---

Thomas & Thomas Horizon Series HS907S-4 (Rod made by original group before sale)

Loomis GL-3

If interested I can get you more info and pictures.

I broke the exact same rod a few years ago, sent it to Sage, and they replaced it with a RPL for a nominal fee of about fifty bucks. So I agree with Roballen's suggestion.

why don't you send it to Sage for repair?
They don't have graphite II any longer. They'll rebuild the graphite II rods, but will build a complete rod in graphite III. There's an upgrade fee of $140 or so depending on the serial number of the rod and the timing of the lifetime warranty. Very fair offering from Sage with my experience with one of my older LL's in the past.

That was my question too Rob.

I've only broken two rods in 60 years (both Sages, and MY STUPID) and they were (lady laughing at me on the phone .. it really was that stupid)... 'Send it in, we'll take care of it.'

replacement

Damn. I have an 4piece IM6 Winston LT 4 piece with salt wear reel seat that I have been thinking of selling, but its 200 miles away and I can't justify driving 7 hours to get it...
