Looking for a 16' drift boat + trailer.

Open to a lot of options, there are only 2 non starters for me:

1) No skiffs...I fish big boy water and don't want to drown.

2) No WSU/coug themed boats

I live in the Seattle area and can meet up or pick up in WA/ID/OR within reason

Lots on craigs list.... Just be sure to ask some very pointed questions before driving too far. Dents? Dings? Bottom? Wheel bearings? Axle? Oars? All items that can quickly add to the cost and detract from the enjoyment. A good trailer is a necessity. Other than that it is about finding the best buy in your price range that fits the bill. Willies and Kofflers are top line and hold their value for resale, I have owned both and have no complaints. Wood can be quite a good value if you are prepared to store inside and do some upkeep. I have loved several wooden boats but aluminum is hard to beat...literally. Be safe and enjoy! Doc
