Would anyone know where i can buy the book by the Japanese spey rod maker? Also is he building rods in the States?

the publisher of Nobuo's book is Chikyumaru of Japan. The current contact person there is Hiro Obana, who can be reached at [email protected]. Email Hiro if you'd like to get a copy of Nobuo's book. And take a look at Tak Shimosawa's web site--it has some great Spey stuff and animations.
I've secured permission to include some illustrations and text from the book in an upcoming feature which will appear later this summer.
Nobuo's rods are not currently available in the States.
