Hi All,
It looks like I'll be travelling to Toronto some time in the latter half of June on business, and I'm going to try and plan to be there for at least 7 days. What local waters (within 45-minutes drive of the Toronto area) are worth looking into during that time frame? I might only get one or two days at most to fish, since I'm really there to work, but I'm not going to let a chance to fish in Canada pass me by!

The Grand River would probably be one of your best bets. You can get info from the guys at Grindstone Angling. It has some steelhead runs in the lower portion of the river and the upper section is a good tailwater trout fishery. Below is Grindstones Web Site.

Thanks Peter. Incidentally, I've been tying some of the streamer patterns on your website for my trip to Maine early next month; hopefully I'll have some luck with them for large browns in the Kennebec.
