It's here! Received my T&T 1307 today, lining up a reel w/ a Windcutter 7/8/9F so I can go down & wrap myself up like a Xmas present tomorrow. Figured I best start w/ a floating line till I get the swing of things sorted out. Looking for a sinktip, the browns are just moving up. Fishing medium current, 6-10' deep for the most part. Any suggestions for a sinktip or multi-tip line for this rod would be much appreciated.

I have the 1307 and it is a lovely rod. Currently fishing a 6/7 Long Delta on it and it is a nice match. Have also heard the 6/7 midspey is a nice match. If you want to save yourself some $$ and an extra line, you might want to look into simply looping poly leaders to your floater. The rod has the backbone to cast them. Enjoy your rod.

I fish th 6/7 midspey on this rod and like it. I tried the 6/7 XLT and it is way to heavy for my taste. When I get about 3/4 of the XLT line out, I feel that it is overloaded
