I recently bought a T&T 1206-3 light twohander for large trout and some easy distance casting.........

I am using the Rio 7/8 Scandinavian Shooting head, cut back about 6 ft.......... I like this line now, but I would prefer a shooting head that is slightly longer without adding the extra weight.

Any smart idea's ???

Why not just use the 5/6 Windcutter? It has a head/belly of less than 50 ft.
