The Fisknat Grande Ronde will handle large steelhead.

I believe I can land a fish faster with a long handled net over any other method. When the fish is in the rubber net, I release all tension on the line. Almost half the time the fly comes out on its own. The fish can be immediately released w/o touching or handling.

Of course this method requires a partner willing to stop fishing and grab the net. This has been a problem lately!

Rushton nets

Great net, great look, tough as nails. I've used mine for four years up here and it rocks. He was able to put a rubber net in it to help the fish and in loose hooks.

He shipped it to me FedEx in a hollow cored door! Still have it in the garage.

This is a beautiful net that you don't mind having in any picture. After 4 years of abuse I sent it back and he replaced the bag and refinished the net completely for $65. Can't say enough about the nets and his service.
