This is my first day on the website and I noticed your question. There are no spey casting clubs but there is a Saltwater Fly Anglers Club of Delaware that meets monthly in Lewes........a couple of folks there use a two handed rod for surf and bayshore fishing. I may be the only one that uses a spey rod for salmon and steelhead on rivers. I am leaving for Gaspe, Quebec Friday for Atlantic Salmon. You may want to check out the club which meets the second Wednesday of each month.......Roy
