Issue for guys in Eastern Canada this year as a double hook ban has been put in place

Shame really as these would be the ticket IMO and shrimps on singles to me is like putting ketchup on a prime rib

These UK style shrimps are often overlooked here in North America for both steelhead and salar.
For years these were my go to style flee in early fall for steelhead ... I need to put them back on the roster !!

Sweetness! I have always liked the look of the Irish shrimp - especially small detailed flies on double hooks. Admittedly have passed on them for speys. But I'm looking at doubles more and more since several lower-Columbia tribs have gone barbless. These look deadly like all a fish has to do is look and they are hooked solid. Just the answer.
