I use a 3 strand nylon that I overhand braid as I need it that is good for 25# all day long, just did another dead weight test tied in to an AJ, I forgot about it and it sat there under 25# for like 3 hours... $1 an inch my arse!

Failto.im interested in why would you braid it instead
of twisting...?....just curious..
Thanks bud..
the nylon crap doesn't stay twisted very well even when you soak twist, stretch, twist. I could just use dacron i guess... More hoping someone would be able to answer the silk strength would be... 10#, 20#, 30#... :Eyecrazy::eek::Eyecrazy:

Probably not all the time, I had some stuff that stayed together great I just can only replicate it 1/3 of the time so I just braid it, its a softer loop...
