These are headed to the left coast for a very good friend :)
Tied these shrimp offerings in hand and played around with some patterns and some styles a bit .

A Lady Caroline variation

A few different styles to try

Sorry for the bad photos , terrible lighting today .... okay I'm not a good photo guy at all :chuckle::chuckle:
Hope these find a player for him :)

Shrimps

Nice gesture
Those are great looking, but yours always have a "take me fishing" look to them.

Tim these will be in the mail tomorrow my friend , let me know how they swim :)

Bill , glad you like the Lady Dee thing . Though not the traditional pattern , I think it has flare . It will probably be more durable too . It was definitely easier to tie in hand than BM wings !!

Duck man , I'll be flying over you on Friday . Heading to work just south of James Bay . I'm a big fan of Herons , love tying and swinging them :)

I really like your "Dee style" Lady Caroline! I'm going to have to try that :)
Since my stash of large bronze mallard has depleted , I've been tying these old patterns with turkey slips .... more my style anyways :hihi:

Tim , very glad you will give these a swing for me in the waters that you fish :)

The Lady and her entourage invited to the West coast dance, eh? Way cool that you'll be able to tell your girls that your flies have been swung on many gorgeous rivers.

That collection has some class...even with the poor lighting, brother!:lildevl:

Those hackle tip wings have that sashay.
