Got the following when trying at attach a short casting video.

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

Videos cannot be uploaded to the site using the attachment manager as its not designed to upload those file types.

If you want to post a video, it will need to be uploaded to Youtube first.

We have code in place so that when you upload the video and share the URL here, it will automatically embed the video into your post.

If it is YouTube video a quick and dirty way to get the url is hit the “share” button and choose “copy link”. Then just paste into your post. I assume other media sites have a similar shortcut - it can be a pain to try to copy the url up at the top (sometimes it is crazy long) and a lot of times the site has a different, highly compact shorthand url that does the same thing. Then the speypages window knows to display the url as a video rather than a literal link. Win win.
