Each year I attend the Sandy Spey Clave I look to learn something new or reaffirm establsihed knowledge. This year I'm going to look at all good/great casters for their point-of-exponential accerlation of the rod tip on the delivery cast and how they achieve it. What are you planning on learning this year? Remember, consumption of booze will only lubricate the forgetfull factor so Scotch is not a learning tool. Klem

...what to learn...?

...what to learn...?

I am a blank slate  with a really pretty cane rod (I know it's heavy, I still love it).

I hope to make a bit more sense of the many and diverse descriptions of both casts and line varieties and configurations.

I'll be in a twenty year old tan dome tent with no car, wife dropping me off and visiting friends in Portland, stop by and say hi.
