Some of you might remember a special offer from the Kharlovka camp last June, where anglers were sought to explore the Kharlovka River "above the falls". The river is normally fished up to the falls, but 70% of the fish go over the falls and the company intends to fish the river above the falls in 2003. Fishing above the falls turned up many large fish. I just returned on Sunday and have posted a brief report in Destinations.
