I fished this rod for a fall a few years back. I liked it a lot, but it was a little soft for my taste. It casts a WC 5/6 Ok and this was the line I fished on it. Needed to have some of the belly pulled into the guides, so it was a good bit heavy. The W/C 4/5 would probably be a better bet. Lots of folks liked the hardy Mach 1 8 wt on it or the SA nymph taper in WF8. Made a Sagit head for it as well and it did a great job with that line. Sorry neve weighed it. It is a well balanced rod and nice on 14-22 inch fish. I like the Z Axis 5110 a WHOLE lot more though. If you do a search you should fine plenty of info.
