I am demoing two TFO speys right now, the 15' #10 and the 12'6 6 weight. Both are extremely light. Throwing heads with the 10 weight off the grass, overhead casting, I was hitting a flagpole at 150' with a 600 grain head and shooting line. Plenty strong. I don't have a proper spey line that big. The Windcutter 5/6 may be a little underlined on the 12'6" 6 weight because it felt overly light in the hand. I was comfortable casting it and would call it an easy rod to use, but I found that with my more limited proper spey casting skills, the CND Expert was an easier and more pleasurable rod to use. I was still able to overhead cast over 110' with the 6 weight, and I am confident saying it would make a fantastic boat rod.
Looks are a bit simplistic, but all the components are exactly as they should be in terms of fit and length, cork shaping, etc. The cork is pretty poor on both rods.
