Hi: I presume this is for summer/fall fishing. No experience with Atlantics, but for steelhead, I carry and use flies to match the water height and mood of the fish. Fresh fish in higher water will often take larger flies than the fish in lower water. Sounds like you are dialed in on the size so just tie smaller spey flies in the sizes you mentioned. Maybe try tying a few size 2's and see how they work for you. My favourite pattern for many streams is a Lady Caroline, but you will be the best judge of what colour schemes might work in your water.
