Have two items that are non US and shipping is not included, do I just contact the buisness to combine shipping

Yes, but PP isn't involved in that issue directly (unless I misunderstood your question). Contact the seller to request combined shipping. If this transaction is being completed on the big auction site, there is a specific "ask the seller a question" corridor to guide you.

Sometimes combined shipping is not available and you have to be careful as lots of sellers use that route as a cash grab. Not much different than listing an item for $1 and the undisclosed shipping is flat rated at $100. I sure hope they can combine the shipping for you and the sale goes well. I use extreme caution while shopping ebay
