This is the first one since the spring, lots of rust. Have to do a demo at a show on the Margaree in October where I will be meeting a couple of spey pagers Dwayne Miller whom I know but will be meeting Michael Papais for the first time. Anyway hope you guys like it.
Fantastic Bob !! No signs of rust in my books
Beautiful lines and material flow is superb :smokin:
Just finalizing plans now for the Margaree trip my friend . Looking forward to meeting you
Dwayne won't make it this year . His shoulder took a beating while skate boarding .... can't cast with a broken shoulder
Beautiful, sleek, streamlined, "fishy looking" with wonderful body and body veiling work. What's not to like? I've always felt the mark of a great POPHAM is the body silk and body veiling work and yours is superb.
I especially like those veilings (makah?) - and your incredible wing. What hook is that? With the somewhat exaggerated barb, it reminds me of some of my Mustads, but the finish is much better - who's hooks are you using?
