No complaints so far and I have had mine for about 4 years now. It took a good drop on the thompson and it faired far better than I did, a few scratches and just starting to look like a fishing reel now. Its capacity for holding long lines is awsome, and thats with plenty of backing. Its light weight is something that I have learned to appreciate through the years even with the really big rods, that big rod big heavy reel thing I think is highly over rated these days. Its my go to reel for big water fishing with long rods. I hope someday that they make a 4" version.
