As you might imagine I surf around the net a bit looking at other flyfishing sites, and one I've been having a lot of fun at is sexyloops. This is Paul Arden's site, mostly single-hand focus but there is some spey-related info there too, plus some great video that many casters will find useful. Paul is APGAI certified in the UK, FFF Master certified in North America and he really knows his stuff.

I really like Paul's style--he's irreverent, funny, and completely unwilling to take himself seriously (although he takes flycasting very seriously).

BTW, in case anyone was wondering, I'm a "puller"...

Sexyloops is one of the most interesting sights around ,theres been a great recent discussion of spey casting which has gone way into the science and has gone over my head .
Been working double shifts so havent checked it out but I know now works winding down I'll have a long read and digest .
