I see a few members have had the same problem, so I went in and checked "save a copy of sent messages" under private messaging, with no change. I am trying to contact seller and finish the deal. What gives?

Hey There,

I have sent you a message, have you received it?

Also when you attempt to send a message are you confronted by an error message?
Please respond to my PM, I want to see if I receive it.

What is the name of the member you are trying to contact?

Yes, I did receive your PM this morning, and PM'd you back right away. No error messages on this end...

The member was able to contact me via email and we are square.

Hi Richard, I seem to be having the same issue with sent PM's as others. Im getting the incoming PM's, but can't see any of the sent. I can't find the toggle to 'save sent'.

Im trying to close a purchase from Puffin, but don't know if he's getting my messages.
I pm'ed you this morning regarding this matter.

Here are the steps to save sent messages. Let me know if I can be more helpful.

User CP (Control Panel)
Settings & Options
Edit Options
Scroll down to Messaging and Notification
Check the box next to "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default"
