Can anyone tell me what the fishing regulations are on the fly fishing only section of the north Umpqua River. I can't find anything on this.

2015 regs. See pages 40/41 (as numbered on the bottom left of each page) the fly water is part 7.

essentially no weight on the fly from July through Sept. You can use weight from Oct through June. You can use sink tips all year
