Since not to many people had a chance to test New CND 13'4" 6/7 4pc., I am curious of I can get unbiased comparison of
13'4" 6/7 4pc. IM8 vs. T&T 1307 ?

I am not sure there is such a thing. Probably your best bet is to get to a "clave" close to you with the rods to test, find a shop with them, or someone close on the Board with the rods that you can try. What you like may not be what others like.

I agree with Ted, though I think its fair to say this: The T&T is by far one of the stiffer 7 wt speys on the market, whereas the CND is by far one of the most flexible.
