Seems like it would float well

caddis

My favorite summer / fall pattern
Good looking job
mine are a little more sparse in the tail, and a touch more overhang up-front.
I still have the one with a heck of a lucky day.

Great job, Wayne! You did mighty fine with the wing!!

This is another one of those patterns that lends itself very well to playing with colors.

Fish it with pride,

-Bill

Looks pretty good. H

arry tied his with less material in the tail, less hackle (he only used 1.5 to 2 turns of very soft hackle), his wing was longer (end it about 1/2 down the tail), and he left a bigger "bubble"/tuft of hair on the front.

Great job. Here is a grease liner tied by Harry. He liked to use caribou. Natural curve to the fibres. Hope the picture works:)

This pattern gives me so much fun on the water (and it's fun to tie as well...no matter how simple it is!). You did a fine job, like a few others on here I like to leave my butts a bit longer for maximum surface disturbance. You've got me dreamin' of glassy runs with Lemire's Greaseliner tantalizing those steelies....
