here is a mint 1920's 3 3/4 , the next best reel to the 1912 check hardys

i have for sale one of the best reels in my collection , just to mint for me to use in my boat , reel is 100% correct , never been screwed with , never been releaded , it's a stunning early reel with white handle , has the nice roped edge adjustable drag that only the very early reels had , all black leading still on the reel , the reel has the sought after check with the slotted cut out pawls , hardy pat round line guard ,

you can find nice old 3 3/4's today , but you won't ever find another as nice or as mint as this one , new ones from hardy today would be around $1200 and they don't hold a value like this one

my asking price is $1750 , and i'm open to offers , the first '' i'll take it ,gets it though ''

Spool widths on that reel would of been the same as all old wide drum perfects , 3 1/2 , 3 3/4, and the 4 inch all would be so close to inside measurement of 1 1/2 at the top of the spool

Hope that helps ya out
