Anyone cast these? Are they one line size over by our standards here in the states? Curious what grains the 14.5" 10/11 throws and if it is indeed a 10/11...Looks like around 600 grns making it a 9/10 stateside, just would like to here from someone who's cast one .

I don't know if this will help but I recently inquired at Loop USA about the new GA Series II rods and here is how they replied:

8116 Scandi 475-510 Skagit 540-575

9126 Scandi 525-560 Skagit 600-640

I had a post here a few weeks ago and had some replies that US rating would be one size down.

Correct. Invariably, the Euro rods fish about a line weight down from equivalent American rods. Not sure why, but it's consistent.
