can anyone give me advise on what SA short head line weight would suit a loop black line 8124-4. these lines have only became available in the uk recently and i am unfamiliar with them,thank you

the 8/9 will be fine, but if you like the rod to have a slightly faster feel go with the 7/8.

6/7-50' HEAD-120' OVERALL-450 GRNS.
7/8-52' HEAD-120' OVERALL-550 GRNS.
8/9-54' HEAD-120' OVERALL-650 GRNS.
9/10-54' HEAD-120' OVERALL-750 GRNS.
10/11-54' HEAD-120' OVERALL-850 GRNS.
