If you can fly into the upper Nass & tribs, it'll be quiet
I understand that the last fall steelhead frontier for helicoptering is the upper Nass, Nass tribs and perhaps the highest 1-2 Skeena tribs that are off the beaten paths. The better known rivers have plenty of chopper traffic, which is not what you want when you're paying $$$ a day.
As Mentioned above Wally is a great option, super great guy, very calm and an awesome host as is Keith Douglass, I work with both operators on booking their trips. Keith works out of Smithers B.C. and has rod days on the Copper.
The upper copper is small and very intimate but the fish are the opposite! Its about 20 mins out of Smithers into he copper valley, its a very remote wilderness staggeringly beautiful, as with much of Skeena Country
Shoot me and email and I am happy to help you through the options.
