I know, very unlikely to happen but worth a shot here if anywhere. The rod is assembled from a blank. I snapped tip section and it couldn't have happen at the very tip. No, of course not. It had to happen just above the female-ferrule:rolleyes:eyes: So - maybe by some stroke of luck someone here has one and is willing to sell. Let me know.

Thank you even for looking,
Vic.

I'm guessing you've already gone this route, but I've had very good luck with Sage's spare tip program on older rods like my LL's. They've given me the option of a factory built tip or blank. I've had to send the rods in for ferrule fit but they've been able to get me spares for each of them. They were reasonable as well. A factory rolled tip for a 2 pc rod was $125 and a blank was $85 or so.

I have not looked into it Brian & should.... see what they tell me.
Last time they told me to "up grade" and that put me off.
