a little one tied up tonight. forgot how hard goose is to work with compared to turkey. after this I ordered 20 Holland white pullets so I have lots of white turkey to dye up

I really dig the low-and-back profile of this one. Regardless of materials used - I find that small is more difficult to dress-well than large, and you nailed-it here.
