Just an "attaboy" for excellent customer service:

Accidentally dropped my MX6 from chest height directly to a concrete garage floor.... SMACK! Reel frame was unscathed, but the reel foot was bent beyond hope for future use.

Sent an e-mail late Sunday night stating I would need a replacement before July 24. Got a call back from the company on Monday. The goods arrived today, and I am back in business.... with plenty of time to spare for my Alaska trip next Saturday.

That's what I call A-1 class support and service! Thanks Bauer! :) :) :)

Got a call back from the company on Monday.
This is the part I like. In todays busy world it is getting harder and harder to find this kind of service. Very Cool!

It definately pays to purchase quality tackle. Nice to see Bauer fix a problem that was not a defect in the reel.

The better tackle companies just keep definning themselves.
