Fish Counts: As of November 25th 14,450 steelhead (Summer runs for the most part) over Gold Ray dam. Coho over Gold Ray as of the 25th 11,567, and 7,652 Coho have made it to the hatchery. After fly season starting Nov. 1st there is still a "no bait" reg on most of the upper river (Rogue Elk Park Down Stream). The “800” number on your steelhead tag is the best way to report illegal bait fisherman. As of current the State Police have been quick to respond to such reports.

And the very good thing is 90%, or more, or the game regs are 'enforced' by the Oregon State Police. 911 and give it about 10-15 minutes and the man in Blue is driving up.

A very good thing!!
