as a combo?

Cannon, curious if that reel balanced and fit a couple hundred yards of backing plus line? Fine reel etc (just got a surprise MR2 from my wife for anniversary ) but I'd have thought a larger one would be required to suit that rod/line designation?

Hey Happy,the reel wasn't combined with the spey rod.The LX 3.6 has a capacity about 200 yards of 20lb. backing with a 7 or 8wt. line.
