In a week or so, my new Sage 5120 will be arriving. A friend suggested that I look at the Echo 69 reel for a good Large Arbor reel that will balance the rod and still hold the Rio 5/6 WC Spey line and some form of Skagit line.
The price is right, and the Echo is carried by one of our sponsors.
Does anyone have any feedback on the use of the Echo as a LA spey reel?
