Someone recently had an old Orvis for sale on here. I sent a message and never heard back. Post is gone as well. Reel really caught my eye. It was a size 2 so a trout size. Wasn't a Battenkill. It had the tension thing on it and the Orvis emblem in the center of the spool? I can't find any pictures of it or remember the name!

Help?

In trout sizes the ones that come to mind are; CFO & Madison. Do you recall if was a vintage (classic style) or other? STH also made reels for Orvis in trout sizes.........

Didn't Pfleuger make some Orvis Reels?

I recall seeing some catalogs from the late 60's that had reels that looked a lot like the Medalist reels.

Not a CFO or Madison. It had a tension screw for the clicker. Brass or bronze emblem with a trout on it?

Presentation EXR. I have the 5. Makes a nice steelhead real for a 7/8 single hand rod or a 6/7 switch. The coil springs actually make the check pretty strong.
