Nice flies and hooks! The partridge hooks of this era were something a lot of us took for granted when you could walk into a shop and buy them. I really like the hand written sizes and the made by stamp on the inside of the pack. Glad to see you are making good use of them.

Yes, I agree. The old Code Irons were magic, reliable and consistent.
While the "M" was not my favorite of the series, they were a fine platform and were designed with purpose. Not many manufacturers now days design irons/hooks with a purpose, just "general application" in my opinion and lack the luster of these old platforms.

I had to log in just to say "Amen!". I am in agreement with you, MIke. Purpose is lacking these days....artsy-fartsy, maybe...but definitely lack purpose
