Are the new Hardy fly reels getting hard to come by. I've seen one shop that handles them say their special order only, and can't say how long it will take to get them in. Some other shops have dropped them completely. I'm wondering if maybe their going out of business.

They are harder to find than most reels. Which reel are you looking to buy, if it is one from England that may be the problem. I'm having my own delivery issues with some at this time.

Hardy's own website is still very alive, and in addition to other Hardy products, still has many new model Hardy reels available to purchase online, or by mail order, or from your local Hardy stockists.

Seems that some of the prices have come down too!!
