Try their integrated Scandi spey lite for spring and summer too ;-) great setup ....I just picked up that same switch rod paired it with a Spey lite integrated skagit
In my experience most scandi heads have too fine a taper in the sub 360 grain range to turn over big mouse patterns. With that said I usually use a short skagit head a bit lighter than you would normally use and sustain anchor cast with it.. it’s not exactly pretty but then again throwing a big mouse pattern isn’t all that pretty to begin with lol.how would that scandi work for mice you think?
