If I read/guess correctly, that's a lake rather than the more well known river Rio Grande famous or its huge seatrout?
Do seatrout run in this lake as well?
A nice outfit for sure, but I would imagine that a 13' 9 weight spey rod would not be the first choice for a lake.

Hi Steve,

Right, it's a lake, I'm doing a practice spey in lakes TDF seatrout fishing is not only caught in the Rio Grande.

The fishing season starts on November 1.

TDF the lakes I fish with a rod 6126

Pepeflyush, do you fish for resident or inland trout at all? Fall is best for our lake run fish here also, but spring is king for the residents. That and I'm not looking forward to dealing with all the snow.
